Exhibitions

Our exhibitions team will collaborate with you to ensure we understand your needs as an organisation and what objectives need to be met pre, during and post event. Our team will manage all aspects of the exhibition process, from designing 3D CAD visuals through to the build and tear down on site. A complete turnkey service which allows you to focus on your customers, whether they’re internal or external audiences.

The content element of an exhibition stand is the life blood of the exhibitor.

It is their showcase and domain and it has to be a triumph of direction and results.

It’s little good having a stand alive with visitors drawn by bright lights, who then question why they are there. Grasping the precise needs of an exhibitor is to understand what they expect to achieve from the event and how this ties back to the strategy. Are they there for demand generation efforts, collecting hundreds of business cards, closing business and getting hundreds of orders, or quite simply there for Brand awareness and getting known in the market they are trying to penetrate.

Their exhibition stand has to spell it out, accurately and concisely; a call to action embodied in the fabric.

At Maxim we work with clients on this a lot, and concentrate on getting the message pin sharp, so the visitor at a stand is in no doubt why they’re there.

Sony has worked with Maxim for a number of years on trade events and the service we receive is always exceptional. From project management and design, to build and onsite installation, the team is always professional, hard-working and helpful. We would recommend their services to other companies.
